* All Moons from orders are validated and activated 15 days after the order is delivered, provided no returns have been made.
Once the discount coupon (code) has been generated from your profile or order, it will be valid for 30 days. After this period, the coupon will be deactivated and cancelled, and the balance will be lost.
Discounted products or special campaigns and promotions do not generate Moons on orders.
* When returns are made on an order, the total Moons obtained as a reward on that order will not be validated.
Example:
- If a customer purchases an item and returns the merchandise, all MOONS from the order are cancelled.
- If a customer purchases several items and returns one or more items, the corresponding MOONS from the order are cancelled.
We are forced to cancel all MOONS on orders with returns due to the malicious use of some customers.
Moons is a Wanderlove promotion and Wanderlove reserves the right to use them for all its customers, and they may be removed from the customer's account at any time.
